15 weeks pregnant

14 weeks!

I have much to share about the past 15 weeks, but the most important thing is how I feel. Emotionally and spiritually, I’m in a good place, though physically, I’m pretty exhausted, which is normal during pregnancy. I’ve made it through the challenging first trimester, where I dealt with severe nausea and vomiting that made it hard to keep food down, even losing some weight in the process.

Thankfully, I’m doing much better now! I can eat and keep food down, and I’m excited for this next phase of my pregnancy. I’m noticing changes; even my dogs seem to sense something is happening. I’m beginning to show a bit, and overall, I feel positive. I’m eager to return to the world, and most days, I feel good.

I need a morning energy boost—something pregnancy-safe—but I’m usually fine until bedtime after that. By 8 or 9 PM, though, I’m ready to crash! Chris is doing well, all things considered (let’s say I gave him a run for his money during the first trimester). Now that I’m feeling better, I’m looking forward to returning to my routine, enjoying the beautiful weather, and working with my dog again, as I thought I neglected him during that rough patch. I can’t wait to share more with everyone!
